Birla mandir lies just down the road from Vidhan Sabha.It is a beautifully built Birla Temple which practically lies at a hilltop.The first thing one observes while entering the temple are the kids who compete with each other and run behind people to persuade them to buy ‘puja samagri’ from them The view from the temple garden is magnificent especially during the evenings as one can see the colourfully lit low lying areas of Bhopal from that height. The visit to the temple fills one with peace and tranquillity.
